How often should a fire risk assessment be reviewed?

How often should fire doors be inspected?
Frequency depends on the building and how the door is used. Under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, responsible persons for higher-rise residential buildings must carry out regular checks of communal fire doors and annual checks of flat entrance doors.
